Q. Do I need to pay extra during my trips?
Answer : All of the expenses related to your travel are included in the package and therefore we do not charge any type of extra fees. However, you are liable to pay for acquiring any services that have not been mentioned in your tour package.
Answer : Yes, having valid travel insurance can help you to travel while protecting yourself from costs related to any kind of uncertain situation.
Answer : Yes, we do allow our guest to make changes to their holiday reservations. However, we advise you to inform us about your needs 48 hours prior to your visit.
Answer : We offer each of our guests exclusive airport pickup and drop services that can be availed by paying a minimum fee.
Answer : You can book our tour guides by filling up the application form with basic information such as personal details, destination, travel dates and number of people.
Answer : Most of our tour packages are designed to offer you with quality travelling experience. However, we do allow our guest to make changes in the packages as per their needs. You need to inform us regarding your travelling needs prior to the day of the trip.
Answer : We do not have any limit regarding number of individuals in a group tour. You need to inform about the number of individuals in your group at the time of booking your tour package.
Answer : You need to write a letter in writing for the cancellation of your trip. You will be charged 50% of the total trip cost for cancelling before 16 days of arrival. We charge 100% of the tour cost if cancellation is made before 15 days.
