Vietnam - A Different Orient

At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel to commence our day tour to Ninh Binh province, covering a distance of 100km. Our focus will be the exploration of Bai Dinh Pagoda and the Trang An ecosystem.

Begin your journey by visiting the Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, recognized as the largest pagoda in Vietnam. Marvel at the impressive 500 La Han statues, and witness the grandeur of the biggest bronze Buddha statue in the country, standing at 10 meters in height and weighing 100 tons. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, featuring special dishes like Goat meat with elderberry and pork storage vessel.

The adventure continues with a visit to the nearby Trang An tourist attraction. Embark on a boat trip through the cave complex, including Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Nau Ruou, revealing a realm of mystery and wilderness. Experience the beauty of mountainous landscapes and rivers reminiscent of Halong Bay, but on the land of Ninh Binh.

As the day unfolds, late in the afternoon, we'll drive you back to your hotel in Hanoi, concluding this enriching tour of Trang An and Bai Dinh Pagoda.

Our guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel. This morning, our itinerary begins with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, encompassing his Mausoleum, the distinctive house-on-stilts, the charming One-Pillar pagoda nearby, and the Quan Thanh Taoist Temple. In the afternoon, we'll explore the dynamic eastern part of the city, including the Museum of History, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, and the picturesque „The Huc‟ Bridge. The final activity of the day will be a Water Puppetry Show, an ancient stage art created by Vietnamese peasants centuries ago, featuring nearly 20 stories depicting Vietnam's traditions and daily scenes.

After breakfast, check-out from your hotel. Later in the day you will be transferred to the airport to catch your return flight back home.

Escape the bustling city of Da Nang for a day and retreat to the tranquil beauty of Ba Na Hills. Begin your journey with a visit to the serene Linh Ung Pagoda before ascending Nui Chua Mountain via cable car. Indulge in a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, then spend the afternoon immersed in the wonders of Fantasy Park.

Your day kicks off with convenient pickup from your hotel. Accompanied by a friendly guide, you'll depart the city and head towards Ba Na Hills, a historic resort established in the 1920s during the French colonial era. Along the way, pause at Linh Ung Pagoda to admire its magnificent 220-foot (67-meter) Bodhisattva statue.

As you ascend into the mountains, marvel at the picturesque landscape dotted with old French villas and a renowned wine cellar, while your guide shares insights into Vietnam's colonial history. Upon reaching the summit of Nui Chua Mountain via cable car, take a leisurely stroll to Nghinh Phong Peak for breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Afterwards, savor a delightful lunch featuring authentic Vietnamese cuisine at a nearby restaurant. Then, venture into Ba Na Hill's Fantasy Park, an indoor amusement zone offering exhilarating activities suitable for all ages.

Following an afternoon of excitement and adventure, you'll be escorted back to Da Nang by your guide, concluding a memorable day amidst the scenic splendor of Ba Na Hills.

ITINERARY

• 14:00: Your car and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Danang city.
• 14:45: Embark on a captivating journey paddling through Thu Bon River aboard the unique basket boat. Explore the enchanting Bay Mau Coconut Forest, engaging in various activities:
  • Admire the scenic beauty of Bay Mau Coconut Forest.
  • Witness an enthralling basket boat performance.
  • Have the opportunity to try paddling the basket boat.
  • Observe the traditional technique of throwing fishing nets.
• 17:00: Return to Hoi An ancient town, where you can marvel at the night lights adorned with colorful lanterns. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.
• 20:00-20:30: Take a delightful 10-15 minute boat trip on the Hoai River and participate in the lantern-release activity.
• 21:00: Depart for Da Nang City. Bid farewell at your hotel.
